✅ Daily Maintenance (10 minutes before and after work)
Cleaning: Thoroughly clean chips, tape strips, and dust inside the machine, especially the dried glue near the glue pot, and waste chips from pre-milling, flush trimming, and edge trimming stations. Also, clean the dust filter bag and sweep the floor around the machine.

Inspection:
Oil, Water, Air: Check the air source treatment unit (FRL) to ensure sufficient oil level and drain any water from the water cup.
Power Supply & Fasteners: Confirm that the power switch and grounding device are in good condition. Check for any loose screws and tighten them promptly.
✅ Weekly Maintenance

Lubrication (Key Point):
Conveying Chain: Apply lithium-based grease using a grease gun.
Critical Components: Add lubricating oil to the guide rails, sliders, and lead screws of the press beam, tracking double-end tenoner, and pre-milling unit. Apply grease to the chain and universal joints of the glue application system.
High-Temperature Areas: Apply high-temperature grease to the bearings of the glue application roller shaft.

Inspection:
Cutting Tools: Check pre-milling cutters, edge trimming cutters, etc., for sharpness and chipping. Decide whether to replace or sharpen them based on their condition.
Pressure Rollers & Cylinders: Check if the pressure rollers are in good condition and vertical alignment is normal. Ensure cylinder action is smooth without wear.
✅ Monthly & Quarterly Maintenance

Monthly/Quarterly:
Replace Conveyor Pads: Due to misalignment caused by debris and oil adhesion, it is recommended to check and replace damaged conveyor pads monthly.
Inspect Polishing Wheels: Check the wear level of polishing wheels.

Semi-Annually/Annually:
Deep Cleaning: Clean dust from servo motors and the electrical control cabinet. Perform in-depth maintenance on moving parts like lead screws.
A small suggestion: You can print the above maintenance schedule and post it next to the equipment. Simply tick off the tasks after each maintenance session to avoid missing anything.
⚠️ Safety Operation Red Lines
Trained Operators Only: Operators must be trained. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the machine.
No Gloves Allowed: Strictly prohibit wearing gloves during operation. Long hair must be tied up to prevent entanglement in the machine.
High-Temperature Warning: The glue pot temperature typically reaches 180°C - 220°C. Never touch it directly to prevent severe burns.
Emergency Stop: Be familiar with the location of the "Emergency Stop Button." In case of any abnormality, stop the machine immediately.
Power Off for Maintenance: When replacing tools, making adjustments, or cleaning the inside of the machine, be sure to stop the machine and disconnect the main power supply first.
