According to the information provided by the R&D engineers, the equipment features three independent limit positioning structures, allowing it to simultaneously accommodate three different types of sheet materials. The mixed production of wide and narrow sheets eliminates the need for repeated adjustments to the positioning dimensions. A single-click switch enables the change of production specifications, significantly reducing the time required for model changes and machine adjustments. The entire machine is equipped with a thick chassis and a precision drilling package, ensuring that hole precision is controlled within ±0.02 mm, with evenly spaced and uniform hole positions, thereby significantly reducing the rate of sheet material waste.
In actual production and testing, the three-position structure enables simultaneous drilling on multiple boards. Compared to conventional four-row drilling systems, it increases production capacity by more than 35%. A single person can monitor and operate the machine, significantly reducing labor costs. It is suitable for mass production of custom-made furniture such as wardrobes, cabinets, and shoe racks, accommodating both custom orders and large-scale production modes.
Currently, orders in the panel furniture industry are trending towards small batches and multiple categories, with frequent board changes becoming a bottleneck for the efficiency of the drilling process.
