Adsorption table

Suction table Matrix polyester table top and MDF. The adsorption area is divided into four groups, and the adsorption table area can be opened and closed manually according to the size of the board.

Vacuum area control

The suction area of the entire working surface can be individually regulated through the use of 6 independent switches, allowing for optimal adaptation to a wide variety of workpiece processing requirements and the rational allocation of suction board space.

Drag chain

The Igus drag chain imported from Germany has a long service life and effectively protects the cables from wear and tear.

3.Body/beam processing machine (full imported Taiwan pentahedron gantry processing center)
4.The body/beam (rail & rack surface) is processed twice on the machining center: (1) milling + drilling (2) chamfering + tapping + fine milling
5.The straightness tolerance of the guide rail/rack mounting surface after machining is ≤0.02mm (full length).
6.The flatness tolerance of the guide rail/rack mounting surface after processing is ≤0.02mm (full length).
7.Guide rail/rack installation, the parallelism of guide rail/rack installation is within 0.02mm (full length).
8.Processed parts (Z-axis bottom plate, slide plate, etc. after grinding and CNC one-time drilling and tapping processing).
